Begin the night with a tour of this state-of-the-artery followed by a custom whiskey tasting, food and drinks reception and a live music performance, specially curated for INO guests.  

Housed in the former St. James’s Church, the Pearse Lyons Distillery blends history, craftsmanship and culture into a uniquely immersive whiskey experience. With roots spanning five generations of Dublin coopers, it’s the perfect venue for a celebration of artistry - both distilled and sung.
