Ticket Sales & Refund Policy

Irish National Opera sells tickets for some of its performances, events and activities through this website, using online box office software powered by Spektrix. All ticket sales are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to alter casts, performances, programmes, seating or ticketing arrangements at any time without notice.

Gift vouchers for tickets are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

When you purchase tickets on this website, you will be required to create an account and provide some personal details. To learn more about how we process your personal data, please view our Privacy Policy. Our box office software is powered by Spektrix, to learn more about Spektrix's privacy policy.

Memberships and Continuous Authority

If you decide to pay for an Irish National Opera Membership on an annual basis with a continuous payment authority (CPA), following your initial year of membership, your membership will then automatically renew for a successive 12 month subscription term, unless you notify us in writing at least 5 days prior to the end of your current subscription term using the contact details provided.

You will receive a reminder in advance of your renewal date. You can amend or cancel your membership at any time before the renewal date. If you have any questions relating to your membership, please email development@irishnationalopera.ie

You will have the option to store your card details on our system for use in a future transaction. This is carried out in compliance with Data Protection Act 2018.

Gift Memberships are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
