Irish National Opera, in partnership with the Dublin International Piano Competition (DIPC), are hosting a unique and unforgettable evening at the elegant Rose Room in the Clarence Hotel, Dublin, on Thursday September 19th at 7pm. Delight in an extraordinary performance by the acclaimed pianist, composer and conductor, Peter Foggitt.
Peter Foggitt, renowned for his astonishing improvisational skills and impressive musicianship, will engage the audience in a one-of-a-kind interactive piano improvisation session. Watch in awe as Peter seamlessly weaves together suggestions made by you into impromptu musical masterpieces in real-time.

Peter Foggitt is a pianist, composer, and conductor, currently living in Germany. He is engaged as Solorepetitor at the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz in Munich, where he prepares soloists for operatic and concert engagements, conducts scenic rehearsals, and plays with the Staatsorchester. Peter's work as a composer, arranger, and improviser is well known, with notable commissions and broadcasts on BBC Radio and Television. As a conductor, he has collaborated with prestigious ensembles and opera houses across Europe. Peter studied at Chetham's School of Music, King's College Cambridge, Trinity College of Music, the Guildhall School, and Durham University, and holds a PhD in Composition. His diverse achievements include winning the Kathleen Ferrier Award for piano and being a finalist in the St Albans International Organ Competition. For more information, visit www.peterfoggitt.com.
