Biography

Katie is a Dublin-based, interdisciplinary director from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since graduating from The Lir Academy in 2020, she has worked with Druid, Irish National Opera, Dublin Youth Theatre, the Lir, dlr Mill Theatre, Aon Scéal Theatre, Dublin Fringe, and Fishamble. She is the 2022 recipient of Druid's Marie Mullen Bursary, and will be directing a Druid Debut production for the Galway International Arts Festival in July. She holds a BFA (Hons) in Musical Theatre from The Boston Conservatory and an MFA (Distinction) in Directing from The Lir Academy.
