Gráinne O'Hogan

Biography

Gráinne O’Hogan is Chief People Officer at Sprout & Co, a fast-growing Irish food company on a mission to serve fresh, flavourful food that makes people happy. She has built her career at the intersection of social impact, culture, and community, with previous roles at Social Entrepreneurs Ireland, University College Dublin, and the London Symphony Orchestra.

She holds a master’s degree in Cultural Policy and Arts Management (UCD) and a PG Cert in Philanthropic Studies (University of Kent), and has published research on employment pathways in Ireland’s national cultural institutions. Gráinne also serves on the board of Cruit Éireann | Harp Ireland, supporting the preservation and promotion of Ireland’s national instrument.

In 2024, she launched the Irish branch of Pitch a Friend, a global community event where singles’ best qualities are presented by friends and family — via PowerPoint — to a crowd of eligible attendees.
