Biography

Bryan Durkan is Managing Director of Spencer Lennox, a boutique legal recruitment and executive search firm based in Dublin. With almost twenty years’ experience, he has successfully placed lawyers from newly qualified solicitor to equity partner level, advising leading domestic and international law firms on strategic hiring and talent development.

Before founding Spencer Lennox in 2020, Bryan led the legal and compliance recruitment division of a major Irish recruitment firm for over a decade.

He is also the co-founder of the Future Leaders Network, an award winning partnership between Spencer Lennox and Irish National Opera that connects young professionals through cultural engagement. The initiative reflects Bryan’s belief in creativity, community, and collaboration - and his commitment to supporting the next generation of professional and cultural leaders.
