Biography

Aoife is an Irish collaborative pianist and répétiteur from Dublin. As a répétiteur, Aoife has worked on Irish National Opera productions including Puccini’s Madama Butterfly, Jennifer Walshe’s MARS, Wagner’s The Flying Dutchman, Emma O’Halloran and Mark O’Halloran’s Trade/Mary Motorhead, and Vivaldi’s L’Olimpiade. She has also worked on Stanford’s The Critic, Donizetti’s Zoraida di Granata, and Rossini’s L’Italiana in Algeri (Wexford Festival Opera); Brian Irvine’s Where We Bury the Bones (Dumbworld/Kilkenny Arts Festival); Leighton Jones’ The Wish Thief (Youth Opera Ireland); Bernstein’s West Side Story (Irish Youth Musical Theatre); Luke Byrne and Shirley Keane’s The Ballybruff Trilogy (Opera Workshop); Rossini’s La Cenerentola (Longhope Opera); and Vaughan Williams’s Sir John in Love (British Youth Opera). She was a member of the Factory at Wexford Festival Opera in 2023. She is a graduate of Guildhall School of Music and Drama where she studied on the Opera and Piano Accompaniment courses, and TU Dublin Conservatoire.
